The Village of Berrien Springs now uses BS&A Online for all utility billing and payments. This secure system allows residents to view bills, make payments, and manage utility accounts online.

Quarterly Utility Billing
Water, sewer, and rubbish services are combined into one utility bill, mailed quarterly at the beginning of:

Create Your BS&A Online Account
To pay your utility bill online, you first need to create a BS&A Online account. Use your utility account number (found on your printed bill) to get started.
Steps to Create an Account:

Visit the BS&A Online Utility Portal

Click “Create an Account”

Enter your utility account number

Create a username and password

Log in to view and pay your bills
