The Village is transitioning to a new software system, which temporarily affects payment services. Please read carefully and take action if needed.

What You Need To Know:

  • Online payments & auto-pay are currently unavailable
  • DO NOT try to log in — changes cannot be made online
  • If enrolled in auto-pay, stop payments immediately
  • Call PSN Support at 866-917-7368 to disconnect — payments cannot be stopped at Village Hall

  • Opt in to Text My Gov to receive urgent alerts directly to your phone

February Utility Bill Delay
Due to the implementation of a new billing software system, February utility bills (due in March) will be sent later than usual. Please check the due date on your bill to ensure timely payment.

New Bill Format and Paperless Billing Option
Utility bills will soon be updated to a full-page format for easier reading and recordkeeping. Residents will also have the option to enroll in paperless billing once the new system is live.

Important: Verify Your Contact Information
It is crucial that we have your current email address and phone number on file. Please contact Michelle Smith at Village Hall by January 26 to confirm your information. Even if you think your information is up to date, it does not hurt to confirm.
